Cognitive Behavioral Coaching

An offshoot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching is a goal orientated approach to promote new thoughts and behaviors that will become engrained as new useful habits.

In this style of coaching we challenge debilitating beliefs, enhance motivation, self worth and problem solving abilities.

Our goal is to enable you to be able to internalize these techniques to be able to get to a point where you can coach yourself.

Dialectical Behavioral Coaching

Dialectical Behavioral Coaching (DBC) is a personalized, goal-oriented approach that incorporates principles from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into a coaching context.

It helps individuals enhance their emotional regulation, interpersonal skills, distress tolerance, and mindfulness in order to achieve specific personal or professional goals.

DBC involves working with a trained coach who provides guidance and support, helping clients apply DBT principles to real-life situations, manage stress, and make positive changes. 

ADHD Coaching

This type of coaching focuses on managing the symptoms and struggles of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Together, we work on building strategies to help manage the symptoms that may arise. We manage feelings of Rejection Sensitivity, Emotional Dysregulation, Time Management and more.

This follows a traditional coaching process but with a sensitivity to ADHD matters.

Trauma-Informed Coaching

While coaching is a practice that focuses on the present and future, being trauma-informed allows me to have a better understanding of what you may be going through and knowing how to navigate what comes up for you in regards to trauma within our sessions.

We do not dive into trauma in coaching but we acknowledge its presence and do our best to move forward with respect.

Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness focuses on being in the present and being aware of what’s going on around you and inside of you.

Often times, people with ADHD brains are going so fast that their thoughts and emotions can become overwhelming. 

Mindfulness can be helpful to break away from the fast moving stream of thoughts and powerful emotions and focus on what matters in the present.

Somatic Coaching

Somatic coaching is an approach that emphasizes the mind-body connection.

It integrates coaching techniques with somatic (body-focused) practices to help individuals increase self-awareness, manage emotions, and transform behavior patterns.

By exploring how thoughts and emotions manifest physically in the body, somatic coaching empowers clients to make lasting changes, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Existential Coaching

Existential coaching is a focus on meaning making and helping you live your life as authentically as possible.

We look at your goals and aspirations and make sure they align with what you value and believe is the truest version of yourself.

We spend time to deepen the meaning that you have in your life and discover new ways to enrich your life with things that are more meaningful to you in the face of the anxiety, sadness, problems and circumstances you might be facing.

Narrative Coaching
