Living with ADHD can be an extraordinary journey filled with unique challenges and triumphs. I understand that navigating this path can sometimes feel overwhelming, and that’s why I’ve created Living with ADHD. This are more than just a virtual peer support group – we are a community of individuals who share a common bond and are here to support, uplift, and empower one another.
✨ Connect with Peers: Share experiences, stories, and insights with others who truly understand what it’s like to live with ADHD. Our virtual space is a judgment-free zone where you can be your authentic self.
✨ Supportive Environment: Living with ADHD offers a warm, welcoming community grounded in empathy, kindness, and understanding. Meetings are designed to work with ADHD brains, including starting 10 minutes after the scheduled time to reduce pressure, allow late arrivals, and create a more regulated, human experience. Whether you’re having a tough day or celebrating a small win, you’re welcome here.
✨ Learn and Grow Together: Gain valuable insights, coping strategies, and tips for managing ADHD from individuals who have been there. Our collective knowledge is a powerful resource for personal growth and development.
Free Twice-Monthly Live Support: Join two 90-minute virtual meetings each month, guided by certified ADHD Coach & Counselor Mateus Ashton. One session focuses on current struggles through an ADHD-informed support space, and the other offers structured learning, tools, and practical strategies you can apply right away.
Guided by an ADHD Coach: All meetings and workshops are facilitated by certified ADHD Coach Mateus Ashton, offering structure, clarity, and practical framing while keeping the space human and collaborative.
Support Between Sessions: Stay connected through two WhatsApp groups, one for goals and accountability, and one for general support, check-ins, and requesting body-doubling when you need it.
Living with ADHD is completely free to join, and we welcome individuals 18+ years old. Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed or have been managing ADHD for years, our virtual peer support group is designed to cater to everyone.

Mateus Ashton
I am a trained wellness counselor, certified life skills mental health coach, and ACO-certified ADHD coach. I work with individuals navigating ADHD related challenges, emotional regulation, decision making, and life structure, whether or not they have a formal diagnosis.
My approach integrates mental health insight with practical, skill-based support. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I help clients understand how their minds work and build systems, routines, and strategies that support clarity, stability, and forward momentum.
